  • All known health history AND vaccine records specific to your puppy are included within the adoption contract that you’ll sign electronically upon adoption.

  • Please download this contract from the email you’ll receive immediately following adoption.

  • Adoption fees are $375+$100 spay/neuter deposit or $475 if already altered
