Puppies have to be at least 8 weeks old before they are fixed and available for adoption.

Adoption applications are good for 6 months. If you see a pup listed here I would highly enourage you to fill out the application now.
Where do we get our puppies
At Colorado Puppy Rescue, we receive our adorable puppies from rural shelters and rescues spanning across Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Some of our esteemed rescue partners include the Northern Oklahoma Humane Society, Animal Services Center of The Mesilla Valley, Finney County Humane Society, and Pagosa Springs Humane Society, among others.
These valuable partnerships enable us to support shelters in rural areas that often face challenges in terms of funding, facilities, personnel, and local population for adoption. When our partner rescues and shelters require assistance, they reach out to us, and our dedicated driver meets them with the puppies for their journey to Colorado Puppy Rescue.
Since our puppies primarily come from shelters and rescues, it is rare for us to have visibility of the puppies' parents. However, rest assured that each adorable pup we bring into our care receives our utmost attention and love throughout their time with us.
